AFTERNOON
PROGRAM
Train after school hours, work on your game and compete with your peers during our afterschool program, designed for players who are looking to improve but do not have time flexibility.
Daily plans include different elements of training such as basket feeding, footwork, live ball exercises and match plays, all conducted in fun atmosphere
Program features 5 tennis sessions per week, 4 fitness sessions per week and 1 yoga session per week.
