Join ONE Tennis Academy’s Holiday Camps for an unforgettable tennis experience where passion meets performance! Designed for players ages 6-18, our camps cater to both competitive athletes looking to elevate their game and those who want to enjoy tennis in a fun, social environment.
Led by highly experienced coaches, our camp program is built to develop every aspect of a player’s game, including: Technical & Tactical Training – Basket and live ball drills to refine strokes, footwork, and shot selection.
Match Play & Strategy – Competitive match simulations with real-time coaching and tactical insights.
Mental Toughness Sessions – Learn how to stay focused, confident, and resilient on court.
Fitness & Conditioning – General and tennis-specific fitness to improve strength, speed, and agility.
Recovery & Injury Prevention – Stretching, mobility work, and recovery techniques to keep players at their best.
Camp options include FULL DAY (2 tennis and 1 fitness session per day), MORNING CAMP(1 tennis and 1 fitness session per day), as well as CUSTOMIZED CAMP option to fine-tune some specific areas of their game while benefitting from our full-time program. This option includes 3 one-on-one sessions per week conducted by the coach of your choice on top of the full day schedule. We will challenge your knowledge of tennis strategy, help improve your tennis IQ and take problem-solving skills to the new level!

CAMP DATES:
THANKSGIVING CAMP NOV 25-29, 2024 (Thursday Nov 28 is half day due to holiday)
CHRISTMAS CAMP DEC 23-28, 2024 (Dec 24 is half day with holiday event after training, Dec 25 there is no training, Dec 28 is half day)
NEW YEAR CAMP DEC 30, 2024-JAN 04, 2025 (Dec 31 is a half day with holiday event after training, and January 1 there is no camp, January 4 is half day)
SPRING BREAK CAMP MAR 17-21, 2025
*Spring Break Camp afternoon session schedule: 3pm-6pm for High Performance and 3:45-6:45pm for Developmental group
