PROGRAM
Ideal program for players between 12 & 19 years old who are serious about their goals,
train at the academy permanently and compete on a regional, national and international levels.
On-court training is focused on such key elements as consistency, movement and footwork, shot selection, court position and point construction. Fitness sessions are tennis oriented and in addition to basic components (endurance, strength, explosivity, agility, etc.) include such specific injury-prevention oriented work as mobility, stability and flexibility sessions. Players also have access to weekly yoga sessions. Strategy and mental sessions are conducted during the rainy days to supplement the program. Boarding is available at the academy dorms (subject to availability)
Program features 10 tennis sessions per week, 9 fitness sessions per week and 1 yoga session per week.
